Explore Fusion Substrates
PurePrint Rigid (.080” thickness in 4’ x 8’ sheets) is an interior wall panel with an excellent printable surface. ATI now offers this amazing material as a Fusion substrate choice with matte or gloss over laminate protection once printed, to further customize and create the perfect solution for your project.
PurePrint Lite (.030” thickness in 4’ x 8’ sheets) is a white flat substrate that is lower cost and perfect for high-traffic environments. Digital Styrene is perfect for decorative wallcoverings, custom large-scale murals, branding panels, retail displays, and more.
Clear substrate options include:
Acrylic in 1/4”, 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" thicknesses
4’ x 8’ sheets
Polycarbonate in .060" and .125” thicknesses
4’ x 8’ sheets, Class A fire rated
These substrates often have the same reflective quality as glass, but can be a beautiful, cost-effective alternative.

Aluminum substrates are unbacked and include 6 Fusion Textured Metals, and 1 Mill Satin (smooth, raw surface). They are available in 4’ x 8’ sheets. Abrasion and impact resistant these substrates are suitable for wall coverings, wainscoting, elevator walls, and bar fronts. Also good for signage and POP displays as well as artistic applications such as unique wall coverings, furniture, displays, murals, and retail backdrops.
LuxCore™ Plus panels are available in .045” thickness (Class A fire rated, in 4’ x 8’ sheets), .060” thickness (4’ x 8’ and 5’ x 10’ sheets), and .120” thickness (4’ x 10’ sheets). LuxCore Plus is a translucent panel with visible fibers that passes sanitary codes and is easy to clean. It is suitable for wet environments such as commercial kitchens and baths. With its second surface imaging, and the addition of a white backer, LuxCore Plus resists scratching and is highly durable, making it perfect wall protection in high traffic areas.

These new designs are available on Artful Textured Metals and Mill Satin Aluminum. Both are unbacked aluminum substrates that require no counterbalancing.
